Our rooms are all bright and newly renovated. We have placed great emphasis on individual color schemes and furnishings, which is why each room is different. This is how our charming little gems have come about – rooms in which you will feel completely comfortable and at ease.
The rooms have new or renovated bathrooms with showers. We offer also rooms ideal for families or friends with two rooms , one bathroom and private entrance.
All rooms are large and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a small safe, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Outside, guests can sit in comfort on the veranda. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding forests and the sea in the distance.
Our garden is a wonderful place to really relax. Numerous olive trees grace the property, along with all kinds of fruit trees, including plum, fig, and apricot. All of those products are harvested and makes its way, in one form or another, onto the breakfast table.
Breakfast and private parking spot inside the property's fenced premises are included in the room price.

Your holiday has arrived. You have probably made all sorts of plans. A hearty breakfast is what you need to tackle these head-ons!
Enjoy the gifts of the goddess Gaia. We consider as great importance to quality and sustainability and prepare many of the breakfast ingredients ourselves – some using produce from our own garden. The fruit used in the preserves and juices comes mainly from our own orchard. We also bake most of the bread ourselves, while all dairy products come from the neighbouring Val di Vara (Cooperativa Casearia), named "Valley of Biological products" and are mostly BIO.
Enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of the pergola. We will pamper you from 8 to 10 a.m. with a hearty breakfast of sweet and savory items.
So that you can enjoy your holiday to the full, we would request that you tell us in advance of any allergies or food intolerances.

The earth offers us beautiful landscapes and oases of peace. Here in Liguria, you will also find countless enchanting natural Edenic spots. For us, it is important to preserve them in this way and to take nature into account in our work.
We do this by avoiding plastic and PET articles if possible, using existing natural resources to produce hot water, using environmentally friendly cleaning agents, acting responsible with existing resources (water, electricity, compost, etc.), carefully separating our waste, using products from the region for our breakfast selection and also making our guests aware of sustainability.
